The Founder

Ricardo Gonzales

I spent fifteen years in strategy and financial services — first at Accenture, then in senior roles at Nets and Santander, working on payments and change programmes across Canada, the United States, Ireland, Norway and Japan. In 2023 I completed an MA at Sotheby's Institute of Art, and today I also run three AI products used by collectors and galleries around the world.

I started Wey Advisory because the owner-led businesses and private clients in this part of Surrey deserve the same quality of advice that FTSE boards get — delivered quietly, without the jargon, and priced honestly.
