Services

Five ways we work.

Each engagement is scoped, priced and promised in writing before we begin.

Most clients begin with the Opportunity Audit. From there we agree what, if anything, comes next. No retainers you didn't ask for. No subscriptions. No pressure.

01

AI Opportunity Audit

A two-week fixed-fee diagnostic.

A short, senior-led review of your business and where AI can quietly earn its keep. You finish with a prioritised list of opportunities — not a sales pitch, not a subscription, not a sixty-slide deck.

  • A 90-minute discovery session with you and up to three people on your team.
  • A written review of the three to six highest-value AI opportunities in your firm.
  • A clear view of what AI is genuinely useful for in your sector — and what it isn't.
  • A one-page risk and data-handling note.
Fixed fee. Two weeks.Learn more →

02

AI Workflow Implementation

We build the tools. We train the team. We stay until it sticks.

Once you know what to do, someone needs to actually do it. We build the AI workflow end-to-end, wire it into your existing systems, and coach the team through the first month of real use.

  • A working tool configured to your actual business process — not a demo.
  • Integration with the tools you already have (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your practice management system, your CRM).
  • Written run-books so your team can use it without us.
  • Two training sessions per user cohort, scheduled around your real calendar.
Daily rate or fixed-scope, agreed in writing.Learn more →

03

Executive AI Coaching

Private. Practical. Confidential.

An hour a fortnight, plus a shared workspace of prompts and examples drawn from your real work. You leave each session with something usable in the next hour — and a steadily sharper sense of what AI can and cannot do for you.

  • Two one-hour sessions per month (in-person in Surrey or over video).
  • A private, living library of prompts, templates and worked examples tailored to your role.
  • Between-session access for short questions (email or message).
  • An ongoing brief of what is changing in AI that actually matters to you.
Monthly retainer. Three-month minimum.Learn more →

04

Team AI Training

A workshop built around your team's actual work.

We interview you beforehand, then build the workshop around specific tasks your team does every week. People leave with two or three changes they can make on Monday, and the confidence to make them.

  • A 30-minute pre-call with you to understand the team's real work.
  • A tailored half or full-day workshop (6–20 people).
  • A written handbook your team keeps — prompts, examples and guardrails for your firm.
  • A follow-up clinic two weeks later (included).
Half or full-day workshop. Surrey or online.Learn more →

05

Fractional AI Strategy

A senior AI perspective in the room, without hiring one full-time.

A standing seat at your leadership table for the AI question. One day a month of focused work, plus being on the end of the phone when something changes and you need a sensible view in the next hour.

  • One full day per month on your priorities — in person, at your office.
  • Attendance at one leadership meeting per month.
  • On-call access for short, senior guidance between sessions.
  • A quarterly written brief to the board on AI developments that actually affect you.
Monthly retainer. Six-month minimum.Learn more →

On fees

Priced honestly, in writing, before we start.

We don't publish a rate card. Every engagement is scoped in a short written note — fixed where it can be, by the day where it can't — and shared with you before any billable work begins. Because the firm is new, we're taking on early clients at preferential rates; we'll talk about that openly on the call.

Not sure which?

Start with thirty minutes.

A short call, at our cost, usually makes it obvious which of these is the right beginning — or whether you don't need us at all.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes. At our cost. No obligation.
